FishDex is a fishing log and species guide with AI-assisted identification. Free features include manual logging and the album; FishDex Pro (auto-renewing weekly or annual subscription) unlocks unlimited AI identification and related features. Subscriptions renew until cancelled in your App Store, Play Store, or Stripe settings; trials convert to paid unless cancelled before they end.
Species identification is probabilistic and can be wrong. Size limits, closed seasons and bag limits shown in the app are reference values that may be outdated or incomplete, and never cover every local rule. You are solely responsible for complying with the fishing regulations that apply to you. Always verify with the local authority before keeping a fish. FishDex accepts no liability for fines, sanctions or losses arising from reliance on the app.
Don't abuse the AI service (automated scraping, bulk requests), attempt to extract our species data at scale, or misrepresent catches on community features. We may suspend service for abuse.
